The Arch developed from my interest in how people move through situations they do not always fully recognise while inside them. Often, these moments are experienced without the time or clarity to properly interpret in real time. The system exists to make those patterns more familiar in advance, so that when they emerge, they can be recognised and engaged with more consciously.

About The System

Archetypes

The archetypes are modes of response. Different conditions make different parts of the self available. The system invites you to notice which archetype you instinctively move toward, and which ones you resist.

Principles

Principles shape how an archetype responds under pressure. They are perspectives that alter what becomes possible within a situation.

Scenarios

Scenarios provide the tension to which the archetypes and principles are applied. A scenario may reflect something current, remembered, imagined, or approaching.
